Whilst the 'real' house is under construction, T3D have been chosen to create the 'Virtual house' to highlight how the houses are being constructed and how the company is managing to make the project 'affordable' for tomorrow's housing market.

Tony Tickle managing director tells us,

“ In the 'real' world Tarmac products are an integral part of the building fabric and often hidden from view. In the 'Virtual' world we can make walls disappear, split building to investigate internal construction methods. ”
